FedEx Priority – Delivery next business day morning + 24-48 hours to process the order.

FedEx 2nd Day – 2 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order.

FedEx First Overnight – Delivery first thing the next business day morning + 24-48 hours to process the order.

FedEx Standard Overnight – Next business day afternoon + 24-48 hours to process the order.

FedEx Express Saver – 3 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order.

FedEx Ground – 1-7 business days, based on distance to the destination + 24-48 hours to process the order.

Exact delivery times to Hawaii and Alaska cannot be guaranteed.

HDTV Labs does not guarantee same day shipping. If you need your order Express, Overnight, or Next Day, please call or email us to make sure we can accommodate your needs.

For your protection, all HDTV Labs' shipments have insurance included in the shipping charges.

HDTV Labs does not process orders during weekends.

HDTV Labs does not offer International/Canadian shipping options at this time.

Orders outside of the state of Florida are not subject to sales tax. Orders shipped and/or billed to a Florida address are subject to Florida State Sales Tax. Please note that the sales tax is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling. Florida customers supplying us with their “Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax” identification number will be exempt from sales tax.

If you have received damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately and we will process a claim and/or replacement. Most shippers (UPS, FedEx) normally require an inspection so please do not dispose of the packaging and materials until you hear from us. You MUST inform us within 5 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.
